About us
Our mission
At Better Future Pakistan FC, we provide a vital platform for talented young footballers from Pakistan to showcase their skills on the international stage. Through participation in global tournaments—especially the Norway Cup, the world’s largest youth football tournament—we open doors that might otherwise remain closed due to the lack of a structured league system in Pakistan.
Where We Work
We focus on nurturing football talent in some of Karachi’s most underserved communities, particularly Malir and Lyari. Lyari, known as “Mini Brazil,” has a passionate football culture but suffers from limited opportunities and infrastructure. Many gifted players risk losing their potential simply because they lack access to professional pathways.
What We Offer
Better Future Pakistan FC provides free, high-quality training led by experienced coaches, including UEFA A-licensed staff. More importantly, we give these young athletes the chance to compete internationally, gaining exposure and experience that can change their lives. Through these opportunities, they can attract attention from scouts, clubs, and sponsors abroad—something nearly impossible to achieve within Pakistan’s current football system.

Who, where & how?
📍 Our Facilities – Kakri Ground, Lyari
We are proud to announce that our main base of operations is now located at the Kakri Ground Sports Complex in Lyari, Karachi – one of the most iconic and historic football venues in Pakistan.
This is where we conduct all our training sessions, talent trials, and youth development programs. Our official office is also located within the Kakri Ground premises, allowing us to be fully embedded in the heart of the community we serve.
The ground offers open access, natural playing surfaces, and a vibrant football culture that perfectly supports our mission to empower the next generation through sport.

The academy
Better Future Pakistan FC is a Norway-based organization working closely with local coaches and community leaders to develop football talent in some of Karachi’s most underprivileged neighborhoods. Our main hub is now at the Kakri Ground Sports Complex in Lyari—one of the city’s most historic and vibrant football hotspots.
Through free football training, mentorship, and structured development programs, we create a safe and supportive environment for talented youth who lack access to opportunities. We provide a vital platform for these young players to showcase their skills locally and internationally, especially through participation in major tournaments like Norway Cup. Our club proudly fields both boys’ and girls’ teams, giving equal opportunity to young athletes regardless of gender. Many of our players come from communities with limited resources but boundless passion and potential.
In addition to training, we supply all players with free football gear—including boots, jerseys, and training equipment—removing financial barriers so that every child can focus fully on their development.
Better Future Pakistan FC is more than a football club—it’s a platform for lasting change. Our long-term vision includes integrating formal education and expanding pathways for both boys and girls to grow through sport and life skills.
With over 1.2 million children out of school in Karachi, we believe football is a powerful tool to keep youth engaged, motivated, and connected to a brighter future—both on and off the field.

What's the price for joining the academy?
Its free to join our academy, just bring a pair of football shoes and we will provide you with the rest 🙂
What are the requirements for joining?
Players aged 10-16 can join by attending an open trial. we welcome talented, disciplined youth – especially from underprivileged backgrounds.
Who are the coaches?
Our coaches in Pakistan are well educated and merited coaches with many years of experience. You can learn more about our coaches and other staff on «our team»
Will you participate in tournaments?
Yes of course we will participate on tournaments, both nationally and internationally. We will also arrange our own tournament «Better Future Tournament».
What is the main objective of your project?
Our primary goal is to leverage the power of football to positively impact the lives of underprivileged children with talent. Through sports, we aim to provide them with opportunities, education, and a path away from the streets toward a brighter future.
